Pretty much since this kickstarter, we have been trying to figure out how best to continue this story. While our Atomic Pixies Patreon has gotten to see behind the scenes content, we couldn't balance it to be the enveloping experience we wanted it to be.
Now we have things fine tuned, we are reopening Mohaine National Park!
And we are also launching Mohaine National Park's Patreon! This will be expanding the world part just enamel pins. Each season will focus on a new area of park lore, adding unique items you can collect, digitally or physically, like buttons, photos, news articles and more! In addition to the kickstarter's content, our first theme is a Park Rangers field kit, introducing a new creature and the joys and dangers of being a Park Ranger at Mohaine.

They just got here, and at least from first glance look fine! We will be surting them through and getting out that last handleful of packages in the next 1-2 weeks! I will post again when they are all sent out!

Unless you asked specifically to be held back for the new pin run, ALL packages are out in the mail now!
The whole Kia was packed!
Unless you're international, you should have your package in aboooout a week. If more than a week or two passes, hit us up so we can see what's up! Every packages has a tracking number and insurances, but we don't send them out individually (by the time we get them all sent, most people have the packages, usually) but we can absolutely look it up if something goes wrong or if you have a wonky mail situation you need to track it for!
If you ARE waiting for the remakes, they have been ordered and will be here ???? I am hoping they put a little pep in their step since the issues was on their end, but I also know since covid a lot of the factories have had a lot of issues with supply chains, shipping, etc. So I will be sure to keep you guys up to date as I know!

Ohhhhoh, let's get these weird deeeeer~
Pretty much everything is sent out except big packages (Prints and more) and people waiting for round two. We are hoping to have those big boys out by the end of this week! I have an email into the manufacturer with all the flawed numbers....it was a rough one. I have a good relationship with these guys hopefully and have never had to throw my weight around, so we'll see how far that gets us...
As packages get there, there's bound to be a few mistakes. If we missed a pin or the mailman decided to try out his new tires running over your package a few times, hit us up either in a private message here or at [email protected] and we will get you squared away as quickly as possible.
We already have started planning and plotting out next visit to Mohaine Park. Keep an eye out for updates over on our Patreon!

Ok so the good: We are starting packing and shipping this week. We do have 400+ packages, and there is only our most fragile pixie home while Sarah and I head to FanX in Salt Lake City (Come by and see us if you're going!) so it will probably be a couple weeks till ALL of them are out.
I will update again when everything is sent, so you know it'll be there soon if it isn't all ready.
The Bad: Both The Fawn and Eye Spot ALSO were very high in Seconds, including literally NO perfect pins for the Fawn. We did however get full sets of B grades thankfully which means small flaws that aren't very noticeable at a glance (mostly tiny bubbles in the epoxy.) And weirdly about half the flaws in Eye Spots....make them pin better IMO in ways I could not design. Guess that's why they're Weird.
Just like last time, if you are a collector who really wants flawless pins, and are fine waiting until we reorder (I am currently collecting the numbers and images for the manu to figure out how much they're going to replace) please send us a message through the kickstarter messaging system. That will probably be multiple weeks to months. If you already messaged us, I have you down so you don't need to message again.
I'm very sorry about this. We've used this manu for ages with pins just like this (And honestly, WAY more complicated) and never had a flaw rate close to this so....we'll see how this resolves and if we're going to be using them again. I'm also spot checking the things we backed earlier as we pack, just to be sure we weren't being too optimistic, but so far they look ok. I ordered the Deer first and I guess who ever was filling pins that day was new or something. Hopefully you guys won't even notice the mistakes when you have them, as they are still very beautiful, but it's still very frustrating.
I will also just be posting the 25% off coupon for everyone. We usually sell our second for 10-15% off, but you guys deserve a bit more, and I'd rather just everyone have it than anyone feel like they need to reach out for it if I miss sending it individually.
The Weird: I mentioned our Patreon, and we have decided that starting with the new year, every month there will be at least one Mohaine park post, following our research park ranger's notes and illustrations as they travel the park. It'll be a combo of writing, watercolor paintings, sketches, photos (we have a wonderful model for our park ranger) and other multi media, with the goal for all of it to be compiled into a a book. You can follow along for as little as $1 a month if you join at our bottom tier, which also includes exclusive discount, art posted early and sometimes exclusively, our patreon only store, early access to pin drops, voting on future projects and more! And we are already posting Mohaine content here and there, just not as consistently (yet)
