My TOP SECRET SECURITY CLEARANCE only has 27 pin options, but I noticed there are actually 30 designs. Am I missing something?
Technically, the Whitefire Variants of the Dopple Hare, PACK and Atomic Wallace did not reach their unlock goals, but we decided to include them as bonus options anyway. Unfortunately, this means you will have to choose between the options you would like on those last three. We thought this would be the best way for people to still get these options, even if we didn’t quite make it.

Will you be adding more stickers/sticker sheets now that more designs have unlocked?
YES! We have added an unlock goal for more Souvenir designs for the Crow/Fox/Mountain Lion/Snake to be included, and have already added several sticker sheets to the store, including the additional wildlife pins, and the various color schemes!

Why are they soft enamel? What is the difference between hard and soft enamel?
It’s a common misconception that “soft” enamel is less sturdy than hard. The soft and hard terms have to do with how the pin is created, and the end result for both is a beautiful, hearty pin.
Because they undergo less heat, soft enamel pins can have dyed metal, whereas hard enamel is limited to gold, silver, and nickel. For this collection, we wanted more color options when we were designing them, and decided we didn’t want to split the collection between hard and soft.
For the customer, the biggest difference you’ll notice is the texture, which is why we fill the pin with a clear epoxy for a nice, smooth finish.

I pledged for the Advanced Research Expedition, what do you mean by one of each original design? Does that mean I'm not allowed to choose any variants?
Your package will include one of each of the original designs unlocked during the campaign.
What we actually mean by this is you may receive the equivalent amount of pins as if you were getting the first version of each unique pin design; “A Tall Lady”, “The Man”, “Sweet Fawn”, “Eye Spots”, “Shadow Crow”, “Trinity Fox”, “Hive Puma”, “Raddlesnake”, as well as the “Dopple Hare” and any other animal design that might get unlocked. (There could be more!)
Currently, there are 11 original unlocked pin designs.
You will be able to select any equivalent amount of pin designs, including any unlocked variants. Your backers survey will allow you to make all your final choices.

Your package will include one of each enamel pin design that gets unlocked during this campaign. That will mean ALL original pin designs, plus ALL variant pin designs that get unlocked. The exact number of pins that will be will entirely depend on the success of this campaign.
There are 27 unlocked pin designs.
You will be able to substitute designs, if you like. Your backers survey will allow you to make your final choices.

BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!
The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.
How does BackerKit work?
After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.
I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?
The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.
Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.
To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.
How do I update my shipping address?
BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.
When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?
That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.
I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?
As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
